Prerequisite(s): MLR 501  or permission of instructor. Advanced study of multinational corporations in diverse political, economic, and cultural environments; examination of concepts and theories relating to multinational business strategy and operations; broad coverage of issues affecting top management decision making, including business-government relations, headquarters-subsidiary relationships, and cross-functional coordination of operations across borders.
