PSY 631 - Job Analysis and Performance Management

(4 credits)
Prerequisite(s): PSY 511 , PSY 518  or PSY 522  or permission of instructor. This course is designed to cover the important theories and practices in job analysis and performance management.Students will learn how job analysis information can improve the reliability, validity and practicality of vital human resource management functions.
