MLR 600 - Quantitative Methods in Human Resource Management

This course covers descriptive and inferential statistics regularly used by human resource practitioners. Topic areas include retention and turnover analysis, test validation, adverse impact analysis, and evaluating the effectiveness of training interventions. Focuses on using quantitative methods to solve realworld human resource problems, and to aid in strategic decision making.
