ECN 627 - Applied Economic Analysis I[3 credit(s)] Prerequisites: ECN 622. Use of economic theory to develop empirical models. Course covers how to clean datasets for analysis, merge datasets, and other important data management techniques. Development of properly specified empirical models using appropriate techniques and analysis of results using statistical software. Appropriate presentation of results through project reports and class presentations. This course focuses on cross-sectional and longitudinal data.
