DRE 603 - Internship I - Practice and Professionalism[3 credit(s)] Co-requisites: DRE 505 and DRE 506. Internship I is a period in which prospective teacher candidates, in the clinical part of their education, pass through a ‘working’ services in a 16-week block. Candidates will experience integrated course content, engage in clinical field experiences in a PreK/K severe disability setting, and work closely with a mentor teacher. Candidates will reflect on their novice and guided practice of teaching. Internship I is 180 field hours.
