ALD 605 - Adult Learning & Development Theories and Practice[3 credit(s)] Required core course for the ALD program. This course introduces the concepts and knowledge to provide a foundation for critically investigating and understanding the complex phenomenon known as adult learning. It includes an analysis of the developmental, social, and psychological characteristics of adult who are involved in post-secondary education and other adult learning contexts.
