Prerequisite: This course is reserved for students in the Diversity Management Program and/or the Graduate Certificate program. It is designed for mid-career leaders seeking cultural competence. It introduces students to the conceptual frameworks and underlying theories of modern leadership, and diversity and inclusion efforts. It also provides a history of the field of Diversity Management, Social and Organizational Psychology, Organizational Behavior, and explores diversity demographics.
