EVS 530 - Climate Change: An Interdisciplinary Overview[3 credit(s)] This course is an introduction to climate change as a multifaceted environmental issue. We will explore the causes and consequences of climate change, and consider options for mitigation of climate change and adaptation to its impacts. We will gain insights into climate change from a variety of perspectives, including social sciences (e.g., economics, history, politics, and psychology) and natural sciences (e.g., chemistry, ecology, geography, geology, and physics).
