DIV 600 - DLCM Program Integration[1 credit(s)]
Prerequisite: Graduate Degree Seeking students only. This course is designed to provide integration of diversity leadership and change management with the student’s personal growth as well as consolidation of the materials from various courses in a practical manner. Students are expected to take this course twice during their course of study. This program integration course is designed to orient new students, build camaraderie with students who started the program during different semesters, and integrate the materials from various courses in a practical manner. Students will attend workshops, seminars, field trips, team building exercises, and other activities and interventions relevant to Diversity and Inclusion (D&I). Students will take self-assessments for tracking their personal growth (both pre and post program), reflect on the materials, and apply the materials to real-world problems.
