PRM 490 - Internship

Prerequisites: Junior standing or above and consent of the chair, Eng 101/102, PRM 367 - Introduction to Property Management, PRM Major/Minor or Certificate Program. This course provides students with field experience in Real Estate Property Management with a local or regional firm, and the experience of being trained and supervised by an employer. Students should be employed with a minimum of 14 hours week internship under the supervision of a professional manager with hands on responsibility in the Real Estate Industry.
