The Certificate in Manufacturing Management is designed to provide the necessary knowledge for manufacturing professionals, manufacturing supervisors and managers to understand, improve and implement advanced manufacturing processes and concepts to increase efficiency and productivity.
Admission to the Manufacturing Management Certificate Program is open to the following:
- Current undergraduate students in good academic standing
- Individuals with a bachelor’s degree
Admission to the certificate program and course schedules are determined by the OSM Department.
The program currently consists of five courses, all of which are designed according to the APICS (Association of Operations Management) body of knowledge. These courses can be completed within one year. OSM 311 (or equivalent) is a prerequisite course that must be completed first. OSM 311 can be taken in the classroom or online. A minimum grade of C is required in each course to earn the certificate.
