The Minor in Property Management is designed for students who are interested in the field of property management. It is open to any students who are interested in property management, and will provide the course work necessary to sit for several professional licenses, including the CALP (Certified Apartment Leasing Professional), CAM (Certified Apartment Manager), and CPM (Certified Property Manager).

The Undergraduate Minor in Property Management consists of 15 credit hours, composed of the following four required courses and one elective course.

Student will need to earn a grade of “C” or better in all courses in order to receive the Minor in Property Management.
