This program is not accepting new admits as of the Summer 24 semester.

The Online Accelerated MBA program enables students to complete the MBA degree within a calendar year by completing course work online.

1. Applicants must meet all College of Graduate Studies admission requirements.
2. Domestic Students: Admission is based on a combination of factors:

• Applicants must have completed an undergraduate degree in business or be subject to additional prerequisite block of classes in Summer semesters.
• Applicant’s final undergraduate GPA is 2.75 or higher.
• Applicant completed an undergraduate degree from an approved accredited institution according to Cleveland State University.
• Applicant holds a master’s degree or Ph.D. or MD degree from an approved accredited institution according to Cleveland State University.
• No GMAT/GRE is required for admission.

3. An official transcript from each college and university previously attended must be sent to the Office of Graduate Admissions.
4. International students: Admission requires completion of a test of English proficiency for admission unless they apply from an exempted country. Students may choose to complete the TOEFL exam with a total score of 78 or higher or the IELTS exam with a total score of 6 or higher for admission.

Applicants must have completed undergraduate degree in business or be subject to additional prerequisite block of classes in Summer semesters.

This program is ideal for students with a recent bachelor’s degree in business, or those candidates who have completed the necessary first-year MBA prerequisites. Participants can begin the program at one of two start dates each year. Students progress as a cohort group to the completion of their degrees. The Online Accelerated MBA program begins in January and ends in December, or begins in August and ends in July of the following year. Class sizes are limited. The application deadline for the January program is December 15 and August 15 for the August program.
