Admission to Program
In addition to meeting the admission requirements for the conventional MS program, to apply to the accelerated program a student must:
- Have completed 60 undergraduate credit hours
- Have completed MTH 181, MTH 182, MTH 220, MTH 281, MTH 286, or MTH 288
- Have earned a GPA of 3.5 in MTH 220, MTH 281, MTH 286, and MTH 288 and a 3.0 GPA overall.

Students who are accepted for an accelerated program may apply or transfer a maximum of 9 graduate credit hours taken while an undergraduate to their graduate record. All credits requested for transfer must carry a letter grade of A, A-, B+, or B in graduate courses. No additional graduate credit hours taken as an undergraduate may be applied or transferred to the graduate record.
