The MHRM program consists of a minimum of thirty-three semester hours beyond the baccalaureate degree. The program is delivered entirely online to accommodate all students, including those who are currently working. While a majority of enrollees are part-time students, the program also enrolls many full-time students. Full-time students usually take three semesters to complete the degree. The program is divided into four components: Required Core Courses
(24 credits) The following are required for all MHRM students: Elective Courses

Students may also take courses outside of the department, but must be chosen with prior consent of the student’s advisor. Electives offered within the Department of Management include the following:

This will be taken in their last semester of study and is paid for by the college. Students documenting current PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification may have this requirement waived. Internships
Internships are available to students to provide an opportunity to gain practical experience in human resources or labor relations. Non-Degree Students
