Biomedical Engineering Minor

For engineering majors, a minor in biomedical engineering consists of 16 credits in the program, with a grade of C or better in each course. For non-engineering majors, there could be additional pre-requisites they need to complete before being eligible to enroll in core BME courses.
Transfer students must complete a minimum of 9 of these credits at CSU to earn the minor.

Core Courses

For chemical engineering majors, BME 304 is exempt as they would have taken ESC 301 - Fluid Mechanics and CHE 306 - Transport Phenomena . BME elective course(s) can then be selected from the list below to complete the remaining requirements for BME minor. Below are a few suggested courses: |
