ACT 501 - Financial Accounting(3 credits) Prerequisite(s): Senior standing, approval of sponsoring faculty and department chairperson. Basic accounting theory and practice. Thorough coverage of accounting measurement of income and financial position, including the analysis of business events and their effect on the financial position and income of a business. Closed to students who have completed the equivalent of ACT 221 or ACT 222. (Not available for elective credit.)
