EVS 525 - Introduction to Geographic Information Systems and Remote Sensing

Prerequisite(s): EVS 523 or equivalent. Introduction to remote sensing, Geographic Information Systems, and the use of computerized techniques for assessing geographically distributed data, including analysis and presentation of data, and the use of satellite imagery and aerial photography, and commercial and Internet data sets. Lectures to be scheduled within lab hours.
