IME 663 - Lean Enterprise

Prerequisite(s): IME 562 or permission of instructor. A study of the management concepts and principles that will guide manufacturing into the future. Topics include approaches to waste elimination, teaming, continuous improvement, lean manufacturing, advanced production planning and control systems, supply chain management, and activity-based costing. Web-based course.
