IST 610 - Object-Oriented Programming for Information Systems(4 credits) Prerequisite(s): IST 511 or equivalent. The concept of object-oriented methodologies and programming are presented through Java and the C++ programming languages. Language syntax, error handling, object creation/destruction, and memory allocation strategies are explored. Java GUI components, event handling, and web-based programming are introduced.
