PSY 716 - Cognitive Aging[4 credit(s)] Prerequisite: This course is reserved for students in the Adult Development & Aging Doctoral Program or permission of the instructor. This course focuses on the research and major theoretical positions in cognitive aging, including cognitive neuropsychology of the aging brain and cognitive aging and everyday life. Associated age-related gains, stability, and declines in cognitive processes are covered including attention, language, memory, and executive functioning.
