NUR 704 - Roles of the Advanced Practice Nurse

Prerequisites: Admission to the DNP Program. This course provides a forum for the student to analyze the roles of advanced practice nurses. Emphasis is given to analysis and synthesis of role behaviors specific to the development and maintenance of collaborative practice relationships. The focus is on scope of practice, regulation, risk management and reimbursement.
