NUR 850 - Strategic Management of Nursing and Health System Resources[3 credit(s)]
Prerequisites: NUR 705, NUR 706, NUR 707, NUR 708, NUR 709, NUR 711, NUR 712, NUR 716. This course focuses on effective strategies to manage human and financial resources within complex health systems. Students will develop the skills and knowledge to perform a variety of functions related to financial and human resource management. Key concepts such as workforce development, budgeting, strategic management, reimbursement, and forecasting economic and marketing factors are explored for decision-making.
