OTH 797 - Level II Elective Fieldwork

Prerequisites: Admission to the Occupational Therapy Program; Successful completion of all academic course work, all Level I Experiences, both required Level II experiences, and the Doctoral Capstone prior to the start of Level II Elective Fieldwork. The level II fieldwork courses provide students with the opportunity to carry out professional responsibilities under the direct supervision of a qualified and currently licensed or otherwise regulated occupational therapy practitioner. This is a supervised elective course. The student acquires and implements the skills, roles, attitudes, and reasoning of an entry-level therapist in a specialized area.
