DIV 514 - Foundations of Diversity Management[3 credit(s)] Prerequisite: Graduate Degree Seeking students only. This course introduces students to the conceptual frameworks and underlying theories of modern leadership, and diversity and inclusion efforts. It introduces elements of culturally competent leadership and the concept “use of self” as a social psychological construct. It also provides a history of the field of Diversity Management, Social and Organizational Psychology, Organizational Behavior, and explores diversity demographics.
