CHE 307 - Chemical Engineering Methods[3 credit(s)] Prerequisite(s): Gen Ed Eng/Comp courses each with a grade of ‘C’ or better; CHE 300; and ESC 152/ESC 151 or equivalent. Co-requisites: CHE 302 and CHE 306, or permission of the instructor. Mathematical formulation of Engineering problems and introduction to Numerical Analysis. Review of software applications for non-linear and iterative calculations in Engineering. Introduction to Process Simulators, Preliminary Statistical concepts on experimental design, data collection, and analysis of experimental data. Introduction to preparation and presentation of technical reports.
