CVE 371 - Environmental Engineering I[3 credit(s)]
Prerequisite: CHM 261, CHM 266, and CVE 360 or ESC 301. Introduction to environmental engineering issues, legal aspects, engineering solutions, and basic approaches to abatement system design. Includes water quality, water supply, wastewater treatment systems, air pollution abatement, fate of pollutants, solid wastes, hazardous wastes, hazardous materials management, and environmental impacts.
