UST 463 - Housing Analysis

Prerequisites: Any one of the following or its equivalent: STA 145, MTH/STA 147, MTH/STA 347, PSY 311, OSM 201, OSM 202 or UST 404. Housing analysis is explored from a regional perspective within a framework of supply, demand and population movement; changes produced in neighborhoods and communities as a result of regional housing dynamics are considered, as are the impact that public policies have on regional housing dynamics and community change.
