PRM 467 - Real Property Asset Management

Prerequisites: Must have at least junior standing and have completed ENG 101, ENG 102, MTH 148, and MTH 149. This course examines the basics of finance as it applies to real estate investment and asset management. Topics include operating budgets, cash flow pro formas, performance measures and property valuations. Provides students with the tools to calculate revenue and expense management figures such as return on investment (ROI), net operating income (NOI), cash flow and internal rate of return (IRR) as they learn how to analyze property types and financing vehicles.
