PRM 387 - Real Estate Leasing and Marketing

[3 credit(s)]
Prerequisite: Must have at least junior standing and have completed ENG 101 and ENG 102. Examines in detail the leasing and marketing of income-producing properties, including residential, office, retail and industrial spaces. Explores the tools required to produce telephone presentations, prospect interviews, demonstrations, and internet leasing. Covers rental procedures and leasing laws. Successful completion of this course allows on to take and exam for a national leasing designation.
