DSA 230 - Introduction to Data Science I[3 credit(s)] Pre-requisite: CIS 260. This course serves as the introduction to data science course. In this course, students will learn Python programming for data science, such as data structures, data manipulation, data visualization, csv file processing, data parsing, scientific computation, basic machine learning, and so on. While Python programming is not required, students are expected to be proficient in at least one high-level programming language, e.g., Java.
