PRM 488 - Real Estate Appraisal and Finance

Prerequisites: PRM 344 and PRM 367. Half of this course covers real estate appraisal and the other half covers real estate finance to provide students with a fundamental understanding in these two areas. Completion of this course satisfies requirements for a State of Ohio license in real estate sales for the content areas of Appraisal and Finance.
