AST 200 - Introduction to Africana Studies[3 credit(s)] This course is designed to serve as the foundational course for those interested in pursuing a Africana Studies Major. The theoretical foundations of the Africana Studies discipline are presented and explored. The course will also introduce the student to the discipline’s founders. The course will follow the development of the discipline from its origins to its current state.
