EDB 301 - Social Foundations of Education[3 credit(s)] Prerequisite: Gen Ed Eng/Comp. Must be admitted to the college as a declared major or minor and have a cumulative GPA of 2.50 or higher to be eligible for this course. An examination of the school in its cultural context. Emphasis is on the historical, social, economic, and technological forces that shape current educational discourse. Special emphasis is placed on the role of diversity in educational decision-making. Offered every semester.
