UST 259 - Eco-Exploring Cleveland[4 credit(s)] This class explores the ecological systems of Cleveland and Northeast Ohio. The course blends environmental education with field-based exploration to introduce students to the city’s diverse ecosystems, parks, and conservation efforts. From Lake Erie to the Cleveland Metroparks and beyond, students will uncover the interconnectedness of natural habitats and urban life. Topics include environmental conservation practices, sustainability, and local flora and fauna. This is a field-based course that includes field trips across Northeast Ohio.
