ENT 643 - Business Model Design

Prerequisite: None. This course provides a tested methodology for those who are interested in developing, testing and validating business models and value propositions to start new businesses or increase innovation in existing businesses. Students will analyze customers, business partners, competitors, and company as they encounter market change and uncertainty in starting a new business and when changing an existing business.
