ART 451 - Art Studio Capstone(4 credits)
Prerequisite(s): Completion of upper division courses in one Studio sequence (may be taken concurrent will final 400 level course in concentration). Course will introduce students to professional practices as related to their major in studio art. It’s designed to promote writing, critical thinking, oral communication, and assist future BA graduates in furthering their careers in the arts. Multiple career paths will be discussed through practical applications based on real life requirements. Upon successful completion of this course, students from different concentrations within the department will be able to face challenges outside of the academic environment. This course may fulfill a General Education Requirement.
