MTH 288 - Linear Algebra

(4 credits)

Prerequisite(s): A grade of ‘C’ or better in MTH 182. Systems of linear equations, matrices, determinants, vector spaces, linear transformations, eigenvalues, and eigenvectors. Only two of the four credits may be counted toward graduation by students who have passed MTH 284. Course includes an introduction to the use of a computer algebra system, such as Maple or MATLAB.
