Prerequisite(s): ACT 361; must have at least junior standing and be a declared major in the College of Business to be eligible for this course. Income taxation of corporations, partnerships, estates, and trusts; federal, estate and gift taxes; state and local taxes; methodology of researching complex tax problems.
