IST 420 - Project Management for IS(4 credits)
Prerequisite(s): IST 321; must have at least junior standing and be a declared major in the College of Business to be eligible for this course. Focuses on models used in a software development project, including tools that improve project productivity. Topics include concepts of project management, task scheduling, cost estimation models, risk assessment and software maturity framework. Students will be using tools and cases to gain depth in software project management principles and practice. Cross-listed with OMS 422.
