MLR 301 - Principles of Management(3 credits)
Prerequisite(s): Must have at least junior standing and be a declared major in the College of Business, or have permission of the department chair, to be eligible for this course. Introduces students to managerial roles and functions; covers planning, organizing, controlling, leading, staffing, and problem-solving in contemporary organizations; reviews foundations of management thought and managerial processes that lead to organizational effectiveness.
