MLR 302 - Prin of Labor/Indus Relations(3 credits) Prerequisite(s): Must have at least junior standing and be a declared major in the College of Business, or have permission of the department chair, to be eligible for this course. Introduces students to labor relations and collective bargaining; covers the parties (union and management), the legal framework, union structure and administration, the employer role, union organizing, bargaining issues, the negotiation process, grievances and arbitration, and public sector labor relations.
