MLR 455 - Trends in Employee Relations

(3 credits)
Prerequisite(s): MLR 321 or permission of department chair; must have at least junior standing and be a declared major in the College of Business to be eligible for this course. Exploration of cooperative work systems and efforts by labor and management to work together to improve the quality of work life by increasing effectiveness of the organization, productivity, quality, and work satisfaction, and understanding the processes used to accomplish these ends.
