PSC 310 - Constitutional Law(4 credits) Prerequisite(s): Must have at least sophomore standing to be eligible for this course. Basic principles of the United States Constitution, including judicial review, separation of powers, the powers of the presidency and Congress, and federalism. Introduction to individual rights and liberties, including right to privacy and the rights of criminal defendants.
