PSC 315 - Public Policy & Administration(4 credits) Prerequisite(s): Must have at least sophomore standing to be eligible for this course. Evaluation of alternative models for the U.S. policy-making process focusing on the political, institutional and bureaucratic influences of policy decisions. Emphasis will be given to the role public bureaucracies have had in shaping and influencing the policy process in a rapidly changing environment including decision-making, organizational theory, and the historical context of the adminstrative state.
