UST 242 - Intro Urban Real Estate and Public Finance

Focuses on the real estate development industry and practice of public finance; explains, through empirical investigation and theoretical interpretation, the behavior of individuals and groups in societies, economies, governments, and subcultures; introduces students to how data are collected and analyzed in putting together a property development project and municipal budgets.. This course may fulfill a General Education Requirement.
