Prerequisite(s): UST 300 or ECN 202; course is closed to freshmen and non degree students. Evolution and changing form of the metropolitan region; linkages between cities and their suburbs, and industrial/occupational structure and labor market flows; examination of appropriate public and private sector roles and responsibilities and their associated costs.
