Data Analytics in Education, Graduate Certificate

The graduate certificate in Data Analytics in Education provides the background in statistics skills, communicating results of data analytics to stakeholders, use of statistics software, and data analytics skills expected of data analysts in the field of education and development. The graduate certificate will equip students with additional skills to either advance a career in education-related fields to make more effective use of data, to evaluate the effectiveness of training and development in business contexts, or to make a career change to become a data analyst, researcher, consultant, or a variety of other positions requiring data analysis, visualization, and interpretation. The certificate can be completed alone or in conjunction with a Master’s Degree in Curriculum and Instruction, in the Research and Assessment track.
