If you are looking to supplement the expertise you are gaining in your major with some business knowledge and experience, then consider our new Minor in Business.
- This program can serve as a valuable complement to your major field studies and give you a competitive edge in the career you have chosen.
- If you have ever considered graduate study in business, this minor will provide you with many of the prerequisites for the MBA program.

Requirements for the Minor in Business
Option A: Cross-Functional Business Track (19 credit hours)
Note(s):
* The prerequisites for this course are ECN 201 and ECN 202 , ACT 221 and ACT 222 , and junior standing.
** The prerequisites for this course are IST 203 and junior standing.
# The prerequisite for this course is junior standing.
## The prerequisites for this course are OSM 201 (or other approved statistics course) and junior standing. Option B: Flexible Track (minimum of 18 credit hours)
Select a minimum of any four courses from the list in Option A (above) and any two business administration courses at the 200-400 level. For a complete list of business courses, please check the Undergraduate Catalog on-line at: www.csuohio.edu/undergradcatalog/courses/courses.htm. Independent study courses are not eligible for use toward the business minor. Approval of the program of study by a business advisor is required. For More Information
