HIS 305 - Social Thought of African Americans

Historical inquiry into the major social, cultural, and intellectual developments among Black Americans, including such movements as antebellum abolitionism, African immigrationism cultural and political accommodation, and Pan-Africanism and Negritude as expressed in the writings of major authors. This course may fulfill a General Education Requirement.
